Getting started
What do I do to make AI start replying to customers?▼
Go to /app/{workspace}/channels → Add channel (Zalo, Telegram, Facebook...) → follow the wizard. Then go to /ai to configure the AI Brain (company name, services, tone). Finally open Inbox and toggle AI on per contact (or set the AI Config default).
Are chat channels safe for personal accounts?▼
Each channel has its own safety policy — personal Zalo has anti-detection (working hours 7am-10pm, daily cap 200 messages, natural typing delay). Telegram, Facebook and Zalo OA use official APIs so these limits don't apply. Automating a personal channel still carries a small risk under the platform's policies — please read the Terms carefully before using.
Where do I log in?▼
https://chat.webico.ai/login. After login the system takes you straight into your workspace.
Roles & permissions
What roles exist in Webico Chat AI?▼
5 roles: Platform Admin (SaaS owner, overrides all workspaces), Owner (workspace owner), Admin (workspace admin), Member (staff), Viewer (read-only).
What does each role see?▼
Viewer sees only Dashboard + Inbox + Customers + Analytics. Member adds Knowledge + Campaigns. Admin/Owner have full access + AI Config + Chat Channels + Settings.
How do I invite a teammate?▼
Owner/Admin: Settings → Members → enter email + select role → click Invite. The system creates a 7-day invite link — copy and send.
AI & Knowledge
Which AI provider does it use?▼
Default DeepSeek (cheap and good enough for Vietnamese). Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT also supported — switch in AI Config.
How does RAG knowledge work?▼
Each knowledge entry is embedded as a vector (OpenAI text-embedding-3-small). When a customer messages, the system finds the top-3 most similar entries and injects them into the AI prompt. Requires OPENAI_API_KEY for embedding (DeepSeek has no embedding API).
AI gave a wrong/odd answer — can I fix it?▼
Update the AI Brain (tone, services, boundary rules) or add knowledge entries so the AI has better context. You can also turn AI off per contact in Inbox.
CRM & Outreach
What's the difference between Lead and Customer?▼
Lead = potential customer who hasn't bought. Customer = has bought. When a lead closes → click the ↗ icon on the lead card to convert (all info + history is preserved).
What's an Outreach Sequence?▼
A series of AI messages sent automatically to a lead on a schedule (e.g. day 0 INTRO, day 3 VALUE, day 7 CTA). Each step has its own dayOffset and prompt.
How do I auto-enroll leads into a sequence?▼
Create an Outreach Rule (Campaigns → Rule tab) — match leads by industry/province/source → auto-enroll on lead creation.
Account & plans
How many plans are there?▼
3 plans: FREE (1 chat channel, 10 AI messages/day — lifetime), PROFESSIONAL (Webico's 12-year anniversary price: only 199,000đ/month on ≥6-month plans, many advanced features), ENTERPRISE (deep integrations, custom features — contact us for quote).
How do I change plans?▼
Go to Upgrade page → pick cycle → scan QR to pay. The order activates automatically 1-2 minutes after payment lands.
